I have had my car serviced on 2 occasions. The first, they told me that they did not vacuum the units, they only half washed it on the outside. On this occasion they told me that perhaps they wouldn't have time to wash my unit, to which I replied that I would report them (that's the only reason they washed it). On this occasion they took a while to attend to me and I did not receive the best service, in other branches they explain in detail what they did to your car and how they found it, in this one they only showed me the oil and the brake, antifreeze and fluid levels. windshields filled to their level, I had to ask how my brakes, pads, etc. were coming. 🙄
